Plus, it's easy to use:
1. Grind about 33g of coffee , slightly coarsely ground, for about 450ml of water .
2. We will place the filter in our Chemex coffee maker.
3. The next thing we do is clean the filter with slightly hot water. Then we remove this water.
4. We place the coffee, with a slightly coarse grind, in the Chemex.
5. We perform a pre-infusion . To do this, we introduce around 32g of hot water just below the boiling temperature (about 93°C or 200ºF) over the coffee, for 30 seconds .
6. Then we pour the rest of the water in a circular way and from the inside out. The total infusion time should not exceed 2 and a half to 3 minutes .
7. Finally, we remove the filter and we can now enjoy our coffee .
